whereupon i leave the yorkshire volunteer forever.

for those who have frequented, or merely popped in, it's been a great experience for all, be you a tetley's man, a vodka lady or a carling boy. it'll be sad to see the back of the old place which has given good times to many, and bad times to few.

lower hopton will never be the same without debbie furness at the helm of the good ship vol.
life goes on for baz and les amongst others, but it's been a good six years of getting pissed up before school, lock-ins, "bullet holes", shitting out of windows, sex, drugs and rock and roll (some of which involved a pool table at one time or another).

all in all, if you never came to my pub you're a sucker.

p.s this means no internet for me for a bit, see all you party animals at leeds festival ;)

I pretty much stole all of these pictures off louise, but she loves it.
This weekend was cock on.

it obviously starts off with me and chris getting our manginas out. what else?

we thought our hostel was gonna be shit, but it turned out to be awesome and we partied till 5 in the morning with loads of foreigners. they loved us. banged one out on the karaoke with hits including : real slim shady, some jennifer lopez song and i vaguely remember robbie williams.

tom lane loved it.

in fact, we all loved it.

we saw some boobs just before this, and we loved that aswell, we looked through a girls window.

then oli joined in.

we met a couple of downers.

twocced a scooter.

did some high fives into thin air.

we didn't see louise barry, but what the hell, i like this picture.

overall, a mint weekend, good friends, good bands, good times.
